1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or purchasing from freshie.lol ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

2. Product Delivery & Digital Goods

All products sold are digital goods (game account credentials). Delivery is executed automatically and instantly upon confirmation of payment. Due to the nature of digital credentials, once the product data has been revealed or sent to you, the sale is final.

3. Liability and Account Bans

We guarantee that the account credentials provided will be functional at the exact moment of delivery. Our liability ends entirely once you successfully log into the account.

• Post-Login Responsibility: We are not responsible for any actions taken against the account after you assume control.
• Account Bans: Bans resulting from toxicity, cheating, third-party software, hardware ID (HWID) flags, or sudden IP discrepancies are solely your responsibility. No refunds or replacements will be issued for accounts banned after they have been played on.
• Blizzard Interventions: We do not control Blizzard Entertainment's security protocols, ban waves, or policy updates.

4. Refund and Chargeback Policy

We operate a strict no-refund policy on successfully delivered digital goods.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you are receiving a digital item and waive any right to a refund. In the event of a fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute, we reserve the right to:

• Submit server logs, IP addresses, and delivery confirmations to the payment gateway to dispute the claim.
• Permanently terminate and recover the disputed account.
• Ban your IP and payment details from future purchases on our platform.

5. Account Verification (SMS)

Some accounts are provided with temporary SMS verification applied strictly for initial competitive access. We do not own, maintain, or guarantee continued access to these phone numbers. Future verification requests triggered by suspicious login activity on your end cannot be bypassed by us.

6. Intellectual Property

freshie.lol is an independent entity. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Blizzard Entertainment. "Overwatch", "Overwatch 2", and related logos are trademarks or registered trademarks of Blizzard Entertainment, Inc.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international laws governing digital commerce. By using our services, you agree that any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved exclusively through binding online arbitration, rather than in court.
